1.) I've recently really gotten into doing yoga and I love it! I will typically get up and do a video in my living room and do yoga to start off my day. So far I like the P90X's yoga video more than anything else I've discovered. Their program is very intense, expect to sweat, but it's very much worth it. They also have a stretch video that I like to do the next day, usually because I'm too sore to do the hour and a half long yoga tape again lol.
2.) Use a planner!! I absolutely love using a planner for everything. It helps me be productive way more than I realize, however, you have to make it something you enjoy doing. 3.) Don't forget to have nights where you pamper yourself either. About once a month I will take a bubble bath and use my stress relief bath salts from Bath and Body Works. I cannot rave enough about how amazing these bath salts smell! It's a strong spearmint and eucalyptus scent. The eucalyptus is a stimulant and helps to relieve exhaustion and lift your spirits. I also like to do a minty face mask to help rejuvenate my skin.
4.) Use candles. I love love love candles, I have at least one lit everyday! I don't know what it is about them but they just always put me in such a good and relaxed mood.
